As of January 1, 2025, our company will be merged by absorption, with our company being the dissolved entity and Sun-A Co., Ltd. (President: Tsubasa Ueno) being the surviving company.
Additionally, Sun-A Co., Ltd. is also planning to absorb and merge Tokyo Seiki Co., Ltd. (President: Tsubasa Ueno) and Ooi Technica Co., Ltd. (President: Tsubasa Ueno), which will result in the integration of four companies under the umbrella of RC Holdings Co., Ltd., our parent company, which has been focused on the metal processing industry.
